We've gone digital!

We will have a great offering of pre-recorded videos covering a vast range of content! We will also have four (4) live sessions via video conference platform. Sessions will be held in the evenings of July 17th to 20th (see schedule).

All content will be provided by shihan and shihan dai level instructors.

• Saturday, July 18th 7 – 8 pm (CT) - Bo Ichi no Kata (with Pat SAIZ shihan)

• Sunday, July 19th 4 – 6 pm (CT) – USGRAF Members General Assembly

• Sunday, July 19th 7 -8 pm (CT) – Solo Aikido with a focus on combinations (with Matt GILLIARD shihan dai)

• Monday, July 20th 7 – 8 pm (CT) – Bo Ni no Kata (with Pat SAIZ shihan)
