NOTA BENE :

All participants will need to have proper health insurance coverage (details to follow).
Two (2) free round-trip shuttles to the training gyms will depart from the Garden Square Hotel at 9:00 a.m. on all three days of the seminar (the vehicle has a capacity of approximately 25 seats). Alternate transportation options, such as taxis or public transport, are available but will incur additional fees.
Participants will be provided with a lunch (bento) and a water bottle during the break period on all three days of the seminar. Alternate bento options (vegetarian, no meat, or no fish) must be requested and coordinated as soon as possible.
Additional bento boxes for accompanying friends or family will be available for an extra charge.
Lunches must be consumed off the tatamis. Bleachers and designated public areas will be available for seating. To help maintain cleanliness, please bring your own cloths or textiles to sit on, as well as a personal garbage bag for disposing of waste.
